As a lawyer, I advise developers, investors and users of business premises on (civil law) aspects of real estate and assist those parties in real estate transactions and disputes. I first did this for about 9 years at a large international firm in Amsterdam and now independently under the name JNRE Legal.
I am also available on assignment or interim basis as a lawyer (advocaat) or (in-house) lawyer.

My focus areas

Register of Jurisdictions | I have registered real estate law and rental law as main areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association. Pursuant to this registration, I am obliged to obtain ten training points for each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
Third-party funds | JNRE Legal does not have a third-party funds foundation and therefore cannot receive third-party funds.
